No 33 – Lewesdon Hill

Lewiston Hill at 279m is the high point of Dorset and the site of a World War 2 monument to a downed plane.

It was an extremely boggy climb up through the fields to the woods, but once on top the views were over the rolling hills to Lyme Regis on the coast beyond.
