What is the price for a sourdough workshop?
With a maximum of 6 participants, Introduction To Sourdough workshops are priced at £80per person. This includes lunch, refreshments, a full set of notes and two loaves to bake at home. Please go to the Bookings page to secure a place.
With a maximum of 3 participants, More Adventures with Sourdough and Intermediate Sourdough workshops are priced at £110 per person. This includes lunch, refreshments, a full set of notes and goodies to bake at home. Please go to the Bookings page to secure a place.
Seasonal Baking workshops such as Hot Cross Buns start at £70 per person. This includes light refreshments, notes and recipes.
Can I buy a gift voucher ?
Bramble Bakes now offers Gift Vouchers for Introduction to Sourdough workshops held in Speen.
Where are the workshops held?
Public workshops are held at Bramble Cottage, Archway, Speen, Bucks, HP27 0SB ; unless the event is a collaboration event with Oxmoor Farm.
Workshops run in collaboration with Oxmoor Farm are identified on the Bramble Bakes Workshop Date page together with link to the Oxmoor Farm booking page.
What is included in the sourdough workshop?
All public sourdough workshops provide a mixture of practical, demonstration and presenting.

I have a gluten allergy, can I still attend a workshop ?
Both workshop locations actively use wheat and other gluten containing ingredients (barley, rye and spelt). We wouldn’t therefore advise joining a workshop.
