Come and join me for a relaxed couple of hours to learn or rediscover the joy of a delicious homemade mince pie made with your own mincemeat. There will be refreshments including mince pies and Christmas biscuits for you to enjoy.

Making a sweet pastry, learning how to rest and roll your pastry.
Preparing your baking tins
Filling and options for topping including a delicious orange almond crumble. You will be using my homemade mincemeat to fill your pies before we bake them ready for you to take home.
Making your own signature mincemeat.
What you will take home
A dozen mincepies that you have made
A tub of your own mincemeat to finish off at home
What you need to bring
A tin to take your mince pies home in
