By booking a workshop course you agree to abide by Bramble Bakes terms and conditions.
1. Registration and Payment :
To secure a place on any of the workshops, participants must complete the registration process and submit payment in full. Payment can be made by debit or credit card. Your place will be confirmed by email to your nominated email address. Payment must be made at the time of booking. Provisional bookings cannot be made.
2. What’s included :
The workshop fee includes all necessary materials and ingredients unless otherwise stated.
All of the ingredients, basic equipment, workshop notes, lunch and refreshments. Additional equipment that is needed for each workshop is detailed in the workshop description. These items can be supplied by me at additional cost. Please contact me for details
I reserve the right to amend the workshop content and recipes without notice if necessary
Sharing and use of workshop content by print, email, social media are strictly prohibited.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy :
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund or the choice of an alternative course date subject to availability.
4. Course Schedule :
I reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the workshop schedule, including alterations to the date, time, or location. Participants will be notified of any changes as early as possible. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the I may need to cancel or reschedule the workshop. Participants will be entitled to a full refund in such cases.
5. Participant Conduct:
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and fellow participants. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the participant being asked to leave the workshop without a refund. Each course starts with refreshments to allow some flexibility in our start time. We will need to start the workshop without you if you are more than 20 minutes late.
6. Health and Safety :
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and able to participate in the physical aspects of the workshop. Any health concerns, dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated to Bramble Bakes at the time of booking . So that we can all stay well and safe, I ask that you don’t attend if you have been ill up to 48 hours before the workshop. If you have any cuts on your hands or rings you cannot remove, we will provide food safe gloves for you to use.
We have no facilities to look after pets during the workshop; assistance dogs by arrangement only.
7. Photography and Recording :
Photography and recording of any kind during the workshop are subject to the instructor’s approval. Bramble Bakes may use photographs or recordings taken during the course for promotional and marketing purposes unless participants explicitly express their wish not to be included.
8. Liability :
Bramble Bakes is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the course, except in cases of negligence on the part of Bramble Bakes.
9. Governing Law :
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
